ASHINE’s Ambassadors Program
The ASHINE’s Ambassadors Program is a structured, internship-style engagement designed to provide selected students with hands-on experience in innovation, startup incubation, and project execution at ASHINE.
Through this program, students of SVNIT collaborate closely with the ASHINE team and gain practical exposure to entrepreneurship fundamentals, innovation management, startup ecosystem development, and team collaboration. The program aims to equip students with essential skills, leadership qualities, and an entrepreneurial mindset to excel in both professional and startup environments.
Program Cycle: Conducted twice a year: July–December and January–June batches Open to B.Tech. and M.Sc. students of SVNIT currently in their 3rd or 5th semester.

Capacity Building in Design and Entrepreneurship (CBDE)
The Capacity Building in Design and Entrepreneurship (CBDE) program, under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP) of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, aims to foster a culture of innovation, creative problem-solving, and entrepreneurship across Higher Education Institutions, in line with the NEP 2020.
SVNIT Surat, selected as a host institution in 2025, implements CBDE to train faculty in design-led pedagogy, entrepreneurial thinking, and experiential learning. The program also engages student teams for six months, guiding them from idea to prototype development. Successful prototypes receive further support for startup incubation and IPR assistance through ASHINE–SVNIT, nurturing a complete innovation-to-enterprise journey.

Startup India Learning Program (SILP)
Startup India Learning Program is a 4-week program for the students enrolled under the Student Associateship Program. In this program, the Student Associates are provided with continuous guidance and handholding support throughout the program. It is where they understand the ABCD of entrepreneurship and get certified by StartupIndia and upGrad. The certificate of completion is conferred by Invest India - the National Investment Promotion Agency. Out of 56 student associates, 40 student associates completed the program. Certificate of completion to be provided along with the Inauguration of ASHINE-TBI.
Student Associateship Program (SAP)
Student Associateship Program is the hands-on extensive course on understanding the basics of entrepreneurship. Under SAP, knowledge is imparted regarding the importance and operations of sectors such as Incubation, Co-working, Fablab, Intellectual Property Rights and Skill Development. 108 applications were received and 56 students were selected for the program. Certificate of completion to be provided along with the Inauguration of ASHINE-TBI.

Student Internship Program (SIP)
A Startup Internship Drive was carried out for the 42 Student Associates. In this drive, 12 Startup Founders from various startup companies interacted with 40 Student Associates and presented Internship opportunities available with their startups.
